The electrochemical reactions occurred during the charging and discharging process of supercapacitors have good reversibility, and it is not easy to see a series of life ending phenomena such as crystal transformation, shedding, dendrite penetration diaphragm and so on, similar to the active substances in batteries. The theoretical cycle life of carbon electrode capacitors is infinite, which can actually reach more than 100000 times, 10~100 times higher than that of batteries.
